Division of Immune Regulation

Research Objectives

Our division is primary concerned with investigating the molecular mechanism that govern the regulation of T cell differentiation and functions. The goal of our studies is to propose a novel therapeutic approach for immune disorders including allergy and autoimmunity that is induced by T cell dysfunctions. In addition, we are also trying to establish a new technical basis for vaccine design.

Research Projects:

  1. Regulation of T differentiation and functions by metabolic reprograming
  2. Metabolic/Epigenetic reprograming in T cells and chronic inflammation
  3. Epigenetic regulation of T cell senescence and immunosenescence
