The Proteo-Science Center (PROS), Ehime University, was established with an objective of understanding life with the help of cutting-edge wheat-germ cell-free protein synthesis technology, and discovering novel treatments for overcoming intractable diseases such as cancer, infectious, and autoimmune diseases. The Center consists of three departments: The "Department of Proteo-Research" comprises 5 divisions and focuses on protein science research; The "Department of Proteo-Medicine" comprises 3 divisions, and focuses on cellular functional proteomics; The "Department of Proteo-Innovation" comprises 4 divisions and focuses on in vivo functional protein research.Research Department
